Terms of service

What we do

Blosm builds websites for tradespeople. You pay us £149 (one-off) and we build you a professional website using your publicly available business information. Hosting and your domain name are included.

What you get

• Your reviews displayed on the site
• Reasonable changes and updates at no extra charge
• Hosting included — no yearly fees
• Domain name included free with setup (£15/year renewal)

No contracts

There's no lock-in. If you want to cancel your hosting after the first year, just tell us. We'll point your domain wherever you want it to go. Your business name, your reviews, your content — it's yours.

Payment

You don't pay anything until you've seen your website and you're happy with it. Once you approve it, we'll send you an invoice for £149. We accept bank transfer and card payments.

Changes and updates

Need to change your phone number, add a photo, or update your service area? Just text or email us and we'll sort it. Reasonable changes are included — we're not going to charge you to fix a typo.
